Privacy Policy

1. Who I are

This Privacy Policy applies to anantasamriddhi.in (the "Site"), operated by Nitin Purwar, a Registered Investment Adviser with SEBI (RIA No. INA000023010). It explains what information I collect through the Site, why, and what choices you have. It covers the website only — not the separate, more detailed disclosures, KYC, and agreements you complete if you go on to become a client.

2. Information I collect

I collect information in two ways:

• Information you give me directly — when you fill in the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the topic you select, and any message you type. If you message me on WhatsApp instead, I receive whatever WhatsApp shares as part of that conversation (typically your name and phone number).
• Information collected automatically — standard technical information any website receives when a page is requested (such as browser type and approximate access time), used only to keep the Site running securely. This Site also uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how many people visit and which pages they read — it reports aggregate figures like visitor counts and time on page, not who you are individually. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before any data is stored, ad personalisation and Google Signals are switched off on this property, and I don't use this data to identify individual visitors. I do not collect financial, KYC, or portfolio information through this Site. That happens only after you choose to engage me, through a separate, secure onboarding process with its own documentation.

3. How I use your information

I use the information collected through the contact form only to:

• Respond to your enquiry, by phone, email, or WhatsApp;
• Understand what you'd like to discuss, so the first conversation is useful;
• Keep a basic record of enquiries for my own follow-up and business records.

I do not use your contact details for marketing you haven't asked for, and I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.

4. How your information is handled

The contact form on this Site is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-submission service, which delivers your enquiry to me by email. I don't control Web3Forms' own systems directly, and their handling of the data in transit is governed by their own privacy policy. I do not integrate any other third-party service that receives your contact details through this Site.

Once I receive your enquiry, it's stored in my own email and, if you become a client, in my client records — kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by SEBI recordkeeping norms once you're a client.

5. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and general good practice, you can ask me to:

• Tell you what personal information I hold about you;
• Correct information that's inaccurate or out of date;
• Delete your information, where I'm not required to keep it for regulatory or record-keeping reasons.

6. Children's privacy

This Site and my services are intended for adults capable of entering into a financial advisory relationship. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes to this policy

If how I handle your information changes — for instance, if I add analytics or a new third-party tool to the Site — I'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
